Yes. Choose No Equipment or Home Equipment in your profile, and WorkoutInGym will build bodyweight workouts or plans that use simple gear like dumbbells, resistance bands, or a pull-up bar.

Log your sets, reps, weights, and completed workouts. WorkoutInGym tracks personal records, estimated 1RM, training streaks, and strength trends over time. Premium members also get weekly summaries.

The exercise library covers major muscle groups, equipment types, and experience levels. Exercises include setup cues, movement guidance, target muscles, required equipment, and alternatives when available.

Yes. Your account and workout data are stored securely and used to power the app experience. We do not sell your personal data. You can export or delete your data from your account settings.
